Fennel seeds


It was used in the past to treat diseases of the digestive system, as it was found to be very effective in relieving stomach pain and heartburn, as one of its properties is the presence of antibiotics capable of relieving the acidity and heartburn that the reflux patient feels, In addition, it helps to get rid of bloating and gas.



Use fennel seeds in one of these two ways:


First method

Chew half a spoonful of fennel seeds slowly after a meal.


The second method

Boil a tablespoon of fennel seeds with water and drink it.

Opinions differed regarding drinking mint infusion, as one group said that it relieves the symptoms of GERD, facilitates digestion, and works to expel gases, while the other group said that laboratory studies confirmed that mint increases the weakness of the heart muscle, allowing stomach acid to rise into the esophagus, irritating it. 




Note: Every person is different, there are people who feel comfortable drinking mint, while other people have a problem after drinking mint, depending on the nature of their bodies, you can try it and after an hour you will see the result.


Lavender


Lavender can be added to other herbs and soaked in boiling water such as mint, anise and chamomile, it helps to digest the stomach, and it has a sweet taste so sugar can be dispensed with.


It is preferable to drink it before bed, as it helps to rest, relax and fall asleep faster.
